Child and Family Therapist

Immediate Openings for both Licensed Child and Family Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) and registered associates with the State of Oregon

We are seeking clinicians with expertise in and passion for working with children, teens and their families. The position is hybrid with both in-office hours and teletherapy hours. The Practice: NW Counseling Associates, LLC is an outpatient mental health clinic serving the needs of children, teens and families. As a team, our intentions are:

Position Overview:

A full or part time Child and Family Therapist will provide outpatient individual, family and group therapy to clients of NCA. Clinical therapy services include mental health assessment, treatment planning and service delivery. NCA is looking for clinicians with a passion for working with youth, who are committed not only to supporting the growth of their clients but also to their own clinical development, who are social justice minded and ready to be part of a dynamic, fun and collaborative team. Requirements:

  • Fully licensed in the state of Oregon or a registered associate

  • Experience working with children and/or teens. Clinical experience to include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and service delivery

  • Training in evidence-based practices for children and families

  • Dedicated to quality, ethical care

  • Excited about the creative use of teletherapy and a hybrid practice

  • Expertise and passion for working with diverse populations within our community
