Thinking about private practice but concerned about taking the “leap?”
Joining NCA’s thriving collaborative group makes it possible!
NCA’s business model combines the best of two worlds:
Many clinicians choose private practice because they want to provide quality care as well as preserve their independence and autonomy while increasing their income.
Our framework’s uniqueness lies in its collaborative and respectful relationship to group members — NCA is not profit sharing. Members are independent practitioners who pay a monthly fee and determine their own profit needs. Individual associates also contribute to the leadership and growth of the whole.
NCA is expanding and has several immediate openings for licensed Child and Family Therapists.
Experience and training related to childhood trauma and attachment strongly preferred.
